Frame Buffer
The Frame Buffer was doubled to 4GB. This would prove useful in a few circumstances because some modern 3D Games require 4GB of Memory for Textures.
However, because the GPU itself is too weak to work under other circumstances in which 4GB of Memory are needed - such as 1600p Gaming, a Larger Frame Buffer is mostly a Gimmick.

Cooling Solution
DirectCU II: DirectCU thermal design utilizes direct contact copper heatpipes so heat is dissipated efficiently, delivering a 20% cooler and vastly quieter performance than reference..

Benchmarks indicate no performance over the reference GeForce GTX 680.
GeForce GTX 560 Ti 448 Edition is a high-end Graphics Card based on the 270-A1 variant of the 40nm GF110 GPU of the Fermi architecture.
The 270-A1 variant of the GF110 Core comes with 14 SMx activated and thus offers 448 Shader Processing Units, 64 TMUs and 32 ROPs, on a 320-bit memory interface of fast GDDR5.
GeForce GTX 560 Ti 448 Edition has its central unit clocked at 732MHz and its memory clock operates at 950MHz - same as GeForce GTX 570.
Compared to the regular GeForce GTX 560 Ti, the rated board TDP is around 40W higher but its performance surpasses it largely, while some factory overclocked versions surpass GeForce GTX 570.
