In terms of overall gaming performance, the graphical capabilities of the AMD Radeon 9250 are massively better than the Nvidia GeForce 7100.

The GeForce 7100 was released over three years more recently than the Radeon 9250, and so the GeForce 7100 is likely to have far better driver support, meaning it will be much more optimized and ultimately superior to the Radeon 9250 when running the latest games.
