Mini ReviewGeForce Go 7600 is a middle-class level GPU. It can use up to 256MB of dedicated video memory, and it's available with DDR/DDR2 or DDR3 memory types as well as either a 64 or 128 Memory Bus Width. The performance depends A LOT on the memory type + Memory Bus Width it features. Games like F.E.A.R (from 2005) might run on the highest settings (DDR3 + 128 bit bus) or might be only playable in the lowest settings (DDR + 64 bit bus).
All in all, the most powerful version is still not good enough to play any of today's current games.
GeForce 8600M GS is a middle class level GPU part of the 8000M Series released by NVIDIA, in 2007.
Very demanding games (e.g. Metro 2033, The Witcher 2) are most certainly unplayable and demanding games (e.g. Crysis 2, Skyrim V) might only be playable on the lowest settings. Moderate and less demanding games, like Call of Duty: Black Ops, should be playable smoothly at Medium settings.
