In terms of overall gaming performance, the graphical capabilities of the GeForce Go 7300 and the GeForce 8200M G are equal.

The GeForce 8200M G was released over a year more recently than the GeForce Go 7300, and so the GeForce 8200M G is likely to have better driver support, meaning it will be more optimized for running the latest games when compared to the GeForce Go 7300.

Both GPUs exhibit very poor performance, so rather than upgrading from one to the other you should consider looking at more powerful GPUs. Neither of these will be able to run the latest games in any playable way.

The GeForce Go 7300 has 64 MB video memory, but the GeForce 8200M G does not have an entry, so the two GPUs cannot be reliably compared in this area.

The GeForce 8200M G has 8 Shader Processing Units but the GeForce Go 7300 does not have an entry, so the two GPUs cannot be reliably compared in this area.

GPU Mini Review

Mini ReviewGeForce Go 7300 is a tweaked GeForce Go 7200 and the only difference appears to be the tweaked clocks.
The performance is clearly better than the GeForce Go 7200 but the limited memory size makes it only good enough to play old games.
GeForce 8400M GT is an on-board GPU part of the 8000M Series released by NVIDIA, in 2007.
Only less demanding games can be played smoothly.
