GeForce GTS 250 is a Fast-Middle-Class Graphics Card based on the first revision of the Tesla Architecture.

Tesla was NVIDIA's First Unified Shader Architecture.

It equips a GPU Codenamed G92-428-B1 which has 8 Stream Multiprocessors activated and thus offers 128 Shader Processing Units, 64 TMUs and 16 ROPs. The Central Unit is clocked at 738MHz.
