The Central Unit runs at the same speed.

The Operating Memory Clock runs at 667MHz and the Frame Buffer was raised to 2GB. This is a gimmick and in no way benefits the GPU.

Without Overclocking Out of The Box, Radeon HD 6670 v2 MSI 2GB Edition is as fast as the reference Radeon HD 6670 v2.
Radeon R7 240 Gigabyte OC 2GB Edition is a special edition of the middle-class Radeon R7 240 2GB.
This edition comes with a special 10nm fan which will reduce the card's temperature and overclocked out of the box in the central unit that was increased from 730MHz to 780MHz, while the Boost clock is now of 900MHz.
Benchmarks indicate a 5% performance boost over the standard edition.
