In terms of overall gaming performance, the graphical capabilities of the Nvidia GeForce GTX 770 are massively better than the Nvidia GeForce GTX 750 Inno3D 2GB Edition.

The GeForce GTX 770 has a 26 MHz higher core clock speed and 96 more Texture Mapping Units than the GTX 750. This results in the GeForce GTX 770 providing 101.3 GTexel/s better texturing performance. This still holds weight but shader performance is generally more relevant, particularly since both of these GPUs support at least DirectX 10.

The GeForce GTX 770 has a 26 MHz higher core clock speed and 16 more Render Output Units than the GTX 750. This results in the GeForce GTX 770 providing 17.2 GPixel/s better pixeling performance. However, both GPUs support DirectX 9 or above, and pixeling performance is only really relevant when comparing older cards.

The GTX 750 was released less than a year after the GeForce GTX 770, and so they are likely to have similar driver support for optimizing performance when running the latest games.

The GeForce GTX 750 Inno3D 2GB Edition and the GeForce GTX 770 have the same amount of video memory, but are likely to provide slightly different experiences when displaying game textures at high resolutions.

The GeForce GTX 770 has 144.3 GB/sec greater memory bandwidth than the GTX 750, which means that the memory performance of the GeForce GTX 770 is massively better than the GTX 750.

The GeForce GTX 750 Inno3D 2GB Edition has 512 Shader Processing Units and the GeForce GTX 770 has 1536. However, the actual shader performance of the GTX 750 is 750 and the actual shader performance of the GeForce GTX 770 is 1667. The GeForce GTX 770 having 917 better shader performance and an altogether better performance when taking into account other relevant data means that the GeForce GTX 770 delivers a massively smoother and more efficient experience when processing graphical data than the GTX 750.

The GeForce GTX 750 Inno3D 2GB Edition requires 55 Watts to run and the GeForce GTX 770 requires 230 Watts. We would recommend a PSU with at least 300 Watts for the GTX 750 and a PSU with at least 550 Watts for the GeForce GTX 770. The GeForce GTX 770 requires 175 Watts more than the GTX 750 to run. The difference is significant enough that the GeForce GTX 770 may have an adverse affect on your yearly electricity bills in comparison to the GTX 750.

GPU Mini Review

Mini ReviewGeForce GTX 750 Inno3D 2GB Edition is a special edition of the fast-middle-class GeForce GTX 750.

On this edition, the frame buffer was doubled to 2GB which will not yield any performance boost, as the card is not suited for 1080p.
Therefore, the performance is exactly like the reference GeForce GTX 750.
