This Edition comes with a special cooling solution which keeps the GPU cooler under load and no overclock out of the box.

Performance-wise, it's as fast as the reference GeForce GT 730 v3.
Radeon HD 4730 PowerColor PCS Edition is a special edition of Radeon HD 4730 that features a new cooling system and no overclocking out of the box.
In the end, the performance is worse than the Radeon HD 4730 as there are two variants of this card whereas one has a core-clock of 700MHz and another of 750MHz and the one we currently offers is the latter.
