In terms of overall gaming performance, the graphical capabilities of the Nvidia GeForce GTX 760 Ti (OEM) are massively better than the Nvidia Quadro K2200.

Mini ReviewQuadro K2200 is a fast-middle-class professional card based on the 28nm, Maxwell architecture.

It's based on the Maxwell GM107 and offers 640 Shader Processing Units, 40 TMUs and 16 ROPs, on a 128-bit memory interface of fast GDDR5. The central unit runs at 667MHz and the memory clock operates at up to 1250MHz. It has a L2 Cache of 2048KB and a rated board TDP of 68 Watts.

Quadro K2200's drivers are certified for professional applications only. Its gaming performance is about 15% slower than GeForce GTX 750.
GeForce GTX 760 Ti (OEM) is an OEM only high-end Graphics Card based on the Kepler GK104 (325-A2 Variant) core of the Kepler Architecture.
The 325-A2 Variant of the Kepler GK104 Core offers 1344 Shader Processing Units, 112 TMUs and 32 ROPs, on a 256-bit memory interface. While the central unit runs at 915MHz and goes up to 980MHz, in Turbo Mode, the memory clock operates at 1502MHz.
It's therefore a renamed GeForce GTX 670 and will offer exactly the same performance.
