In terms of overall gaming performance, the graphical capabilities of the AMD Radeon HD 7850 XFX Core Edition are massively better than the Nvidia Quadro K620.

Mini ReviewQuadro K620 is a middle-class professional card based on the 28nm, Maxwell architecture.

It's based on the Maxwell GM107 GPU and offers 384 Shader Processing Units, 32 TMUs and 16 ROPs, on a 128-bit memory interface of standard DDR3. The central unit runs at 667MHz and the memory clock operates at up to 900MHz. It has a L2 Cache of 2048KB and a rated board TDP of 45 Watts.

Quadro K620's drivers are certified for professional applications only. Its gaming performance is about 30% above GeForce GT 720.
Radeon HD 7850 XFX Core Edition is a special edition of the powerful Radeon HD 7850. See the standard version for more information about it.
This edition features a special cooling system that allows twice as much heat dissipation when compared to the reference AMD cooling system but its performance is still the same, as there's no over-clocking out of the box.
