In terms of overall gaming performance, the graphical capabilities of the Nvidia Quadro4 780 XGL are significantly better than the Nvidia GeForce 6150 SE / nForce 430 64MB DDR3.

The 6150 SE was released over three years more recently than the Quadro4 780 XGL, and so the 6150 SE is likely to have far better driver support, meaning it will be much more optimized and ultimately superior to the Quadro4 780 XGL when running the latest games.

Both GPUs exhibit very poor performance, so rather than upgrading from one to the other you should consider looking at more powerful GPUs. Neither of these will be able to run the latest games in any playable way.

The Quadro4 780 XGL has 128 MB video memory, but the 6150 SE does not have an entry, so the two GPUs cannot be reliably compared in this area.

The Quadro4 780 XGL has 4 Shader Processing Units and the GeForce 6150 SE / nForce 430 64MB DDR3 has 2. The two GPUs are based on different architectures, but deliver an equivalent shader performance. To compare, we must continue to look at the memory bandwidth, Texture and Pixel Rates. In this case, we sadly do not have enough data in this area to complete the comparison.

GPU Mini Review

Mini ReviewQuadro4 780 XGL is a professional graphics card that will deliver similar gaming performance to GeForce4 Ti 4400, though worse due to the lack of support for gaming drivers.GeForce 6150 SE / nForce 430 64MB DDR3 is a specific version of the GeForce 6150 SE that comes with the motherboard ECS MCP61M-M3, instead of the nForce 430.
This is a custom added GPU for a specific member but please note the bus width can be up to 128-bit, if dual channel memory is used and the memory clock can be up to 667MHz, if using DDR3-1333.
The performance is overall superior than the reference GPU thanks to the extra bandwidth but still very limited due to the limited processing/shading power.
