In terms of overall gaming performance, the graphical capabilities of the AMD Radeon HD 6620G + HD 7450M Dual are significantly better than the Nvidia GeForce 320M.

The HD 6620G was released over a year more recently than the GeForce 320M, and so the HD 6620G is likely to have better driver support, meaning it will be more optimized for running the latest games when compared to the GeForce 320M.

The Radeon HD 6620G + HD 7450M Dual and the GeForce 320M have the same amount of video memory, but are likely to provide slightly different experiences when displaying game textures at high resolutions.

The HD 6620G has 7.5 GB/sec greater memory bandwidth than the GeForce 320M, which means that the memory performance of the HD 6620G is marginally better than the GeForce 320M.

The Radeon HD 6620G + HD 7450M Dual has 560 Shader Processing Units and the GeForce 320M has 48. However, the actual shader performance of the HD 6620G is 255 and the actual shader performance of the GeForce 320M is 45. The HD 6620G having 210 better shader performance and an altogether better performance when taking into account other relevant data means that the HD 6620G delivers a marginally smoother and more efficient experience when processing graphical data than the GeForce 320M.

The GeForce 320M requires 23 Watts to run but there is no entry for the HD 6620G.

GPU Mini Review

Mini ReviewRadeon HD 6620G + HD 7450M Dual is a combination of a Radeon 6620G (integrated graphics) with a Radeon HD 7450M (dedicated).
This combination is called Asymmetric CrossFire and can also lead to Micro Stuttering.
The performance depends largely on the driver support for the 3D game and may even be worst than a single Radeon HD 7450M performing by itself. In any case, both cards are overall very weak and thus their combination is far from good.
Overview
GeForce 320M is an Integrated Mobile Graphics Card based on the Second Revision of the Tesla Architecture.

Architecture
Tesla was NVIDIA's First Unified Shader Architecture.

GPU
It equips a GPU Codenamed Tesla MCP89 which has 4 Stream Multiprocessors activated and thus offers 48 Shader Processing Units, 16 TMUs and 8 ROPs. The Central Unit is clocked at 450MHz.

Memory
The GPU also Shares the System's RAM which varies from laptop to laptop. Typically, the GPU reserves 256MB. Depending on whether or not the system's RAM is Dual-Channeled, it can access either a 64-bit or 128-bit memory interface. The operating memory clock also depends on the at which speed the System's RAM is running and is limited by the highest operating speed that the Processor supports. It is then obvious the Memory Bandwidth depends on a lot of factors and thus this Graphics Card performance may vary heavily from system to system.

Features
DirectX 10.1 Support (10.0 Hardware Default) and support for NVIDIA PureVideo HD Technology, Dual-stream Hardware Acceleration, PhysX, CUDA, HybridPower and other technologies.

Power Consumption
With a rated board TDP of 14W, it may be used on very small notebooks.

Performance
Gaming benchmarks put its performance considerably above the desktop GeForce 210.
