In terms of overall gaming performance, the graphical capabilities of the Nvidia GeForce GTX 750 Gigabyte OC 1GB Edition are significantly better than the AMD Radeon HD 7750 Club3D Low Profile Edition.

The GTX 750 has a 258 MHz higher core clock speed and the same number of Texture Mapping Units as the HD 7750. This results in the GTX 750 providing 8.3 GTexel/s better texturing performance. This still holds weight but shader performance is generally more relevant, particularly since both of these GPUs support at least DirectX 10.

The GTX 750 has a 258 MHz higher core clock speed than the HD 7750 and the same number of Render Output Units. This results in the GTX 750 providing 4.1 GPixel/s better pixeling performance. However, both GPUs support DirectX 9 or above, and pixeling performance is only really relevant when comparing older cards.

The GTX 750 was released over a year more recently than the HD 7750, and so the GTX 750 is likely to have better driver support, meaning it will be more optimized for running the latest games when compared to the HD 7750.

The GeForce GTX 750 Gigabyte OC 1GB Edition and the Radeon HD 7750 Club3D Low Profile Edition have the same amount of video memory, but are likely to provide slightly different experiences when displaying game textures at high resolutions.

The GTX 750 has 8.2 GB/sec greater memory bandwidth than the HD 7750, which means that the memory performance of the GTX 750 is marginally better than the HD 7750.

Both the GeForce GTX 750 Gigabyte OC 1GB Edition and the Radeon HD 7750 Club3D Low Profile Edition have 512 Shader Processing Units. While the two GPUs have the same number of SPUs, the actual performance delivered by the GTX 750 is 786 and by the HD 7750 is 348. Knowing that the shader performance of the GTX 750 is superior, it is not necessary to examine the GPUs' respective Texture and Pixel Fill Rates.

The Radeon HD 7750 Club3D Low Profile Edition requires 61 Watts to run but there is no entry for the GTX 750. We would recommend a PSU with at least 400 Watts for the GTX 750 and a PSU with at least 450 Watts for the HD 7750. The HD 7750 has been recommended a PSU with 50 Watts more than the GTX 750. The difference is significant enough that the HD 7750 may have a slight adverse affect on your yearly electricity bills in comparison to the GTX 750.

GPU Mini Review

Mini ReviewGeForce GTX 750 Gigabyte OC 1GB Edition is a special edition of the fast-middle-class GeForce GTX 750.
This edition comes with a custom cooling cooling solution which by itself will allow a slight performance boost, as GeForce GTX 750 benefits from the GPU Boost 2.0 technology.
Furthermore, it comes overclocked out of the box in the central unit that was raised from 1020MHz to 1058MHz, while the Turbo Boost is now of 1137MHz, instead of 1085MHz. The operating memory clock was left untouched.
Further overclocking can be achieved easily, as the GPU has great OC potential.
Benchmarks indicate its performance is around 4% better than the reference NVIDIA GeForce GTX 750 and thus this card is slightly faster than Radeon R7 260X.
Radeon HD 7750 Club3D Low Profile Edition is a special edition of the fast-middle-class Radeon HD 7750.
This edition comes optimized for power saving in a way it does not require any power connector but its max TDP is up to 61 Watts. Therefore, its performance is on level with the standard version.
