In terms of overall gaming performance, the graphical capabilities of the AMD Radeon HD 7870 PCS+ Vortex II Edition are massively better than the AMD Radeon R7 7700K.

The HD 7870 has a 430 MHz higher core clock speed and 56 more Texture Mapping Units than the Radeon R7 7700K. This results in the HD 7870 providing 74.7 GTexel/s better texturing performance. Mini ReviewRadeon R7 7700K is an integrated Graphics Card in the A10-7700K.
It is based on the Graphics Core Next Architecture and offers 384 Shader Processing Units, 24 TMUs and 8 ROPs. The memory bus-width will depend on whether or not the system's RAM is dual-channeled and the operating memory clock, on its frequency. Thus, it can be either 64-bit or 128-bit and up to 1067MHz.
Therefore, the Graphics Card's performance depends a lot on the system configuration. Best case scenario, expect similiar to Intel's powerful Iris Pro Graphics 5200 and not far from Radeon R7 7850K.
The card is thus suited for 720p gaming and most modern demanding games can be played at least on medium settings.
Radeon HD 7870 PCS+ Vortex II Edition is a special edition of Radeon HD 7870.
This is one of today's most powerful editions of the reference as it features increases in both the core and memory clocks that went from 1000MHz to 1150MHz and from 1200MHz to 1250MHz.
Benchmarks indicate the performance boost is quite extreme and around 8% when compared to the reference Radeon HD 7870.
