Mini ReviewRadeon HD 8370D is an embedded Graphics Card on the low end Richland APUs like the A4-6300, A4-6320
They offer 128 Shader Processing Units, 8 TMUs and 4 ROPs. The memory interface depends on whether or not the system's RAM is dual channelled.
While the central unit runs at 760MHz, since the GFX doesn't have dedicated memory, the bandwidth will depend on the system ram speed which can be up to 2133MHz (the max speed supported by the CPU). Therefore, the max boost clock is 844MHz.

Radeon HD 3690 (later called Radeon HD 3830) is a fast-middle-class GPU based on the 55nm, second unified shader architecture, R600.
It's based on the RV670 PRO Core and offers 320 Shader Processing Units, 16 TMUs and 16 ROPs a 128-bit memory interface of standard GDDR3. The central unit runs at 670MHz and the memory clock runs at up to 830MHz.
It's therefore related to Radeon HD 3800 Series rather than Radeon HD 3600 Series. It can be addressed as a Radeon HD 3850 with half the memory bandwidth.
Under most circumstances, Radeon HD 3690 is expected to offer exactly the same performance as Radeon HD 3850. DirectX 11 games aren't supported.
