In terms of overall gaming performance, the graphical capabilities of the Nvidia GeForce GTX Titan are noticeably better than the Nvidia GeForce GTX 770 Leadtek Hurricane III Edition.

The GTX 770 was released less than a year after the GeForce GTX Titan, and so they are likely to have similar driver support for optimizing performance when running the latest games.

Both GPUs exhibit very powerful performance, so it probably isn't worth upgrading from one to the other, as both are capable of running even the most demanding games at the highest settings.

The GeForce GTX Titan has 2048 MB more video memory than the GTX 770, so is likely to be much better at displaying game textures at higher resolutions. This is supported by the fact that the GeForce GTX Titan also has superior memory performance overall.

Mini ReviewGeForce GTX 770 Leadtek Hurricane III Edition is a special edition of the high-end GeForce GTX 770.
This edition comes with a custom triple fan cooling solution which by itself should allow a slight performance boost, as GeForce GTX 770 benefits from the GPU Boost 2.0 technology.
Also, it has been overclocked out of the box from 1046MHz to 1059MHz while its boost clock is now of 1111MHz. The memory clock was left untouched.
Benchmarks indicate a 3% performance boost when compared to the reference card.
Note: This card has 2GB and 4GB versions. Both offer the same performance.
GeForce GTX Titan (can also be addressed as GeForce GTX 685) is a high end GFX based on the 28nm Kepler architecture.
It's based on the Kepler GK110 Core used on the Tesla K20 Workstation, but with only 14 SMX activated and so it features 2688 Shader Processing Units, 48 ROPs and 224 TMUs on a 384-bit interface of fast GDDR5. The central clock runs at 837MHz and goes up to 876MHz in Turbo Mode, while the memory clock operates at 1502MHz. GeForce GTX Titan will draw no more than 250 Watts.
GeForce GTX Titan's biggest feature is the Kepler GPU Boost 2.0 which raises the GPU's central unit and Shaders speeds to a frequency even higher to the one the Turbo Boost allows, if the GPU's temperature and Voltage allows it.
Benchmarks indicate its performance is up to 30% better than GeForce GTX 680 and up to 10% worse than GeForce GTX 690. Therefore, even the most demanding games will run at the highest settings, using a 2560x1600 resolution.
