In terms of overall gaming performance, the graphical capabilities of the Nvidia GeForce Go 7200 are significantly better than the AMD Mobility Radeon Xpress 1250.

The Radeon Xpress was released less than a year after the GeForce Go 7200, and so they are likely to have similar driver support for optimizing performance when running the latest games.

Both GPUs exhibit very poor performance, so rather than upgrading from one to the other you should consider looking at more powerful GPUs. Neither of these will be able to run the latest games in any playable way.

The GeForce Go 7200 has 64 MB video memory, but the Radeon Xpress does not have an entry, so the two GPUs cannot be reliably compared in this area.

The Radeon Xpress has 4 Shader Processing Units but the GeForce Go 7200 does not have an entry, so the two GPUs cannot be reliably compared in this area.

GPU Mini Review

Mini ReviewMobility Radeon Xpress 1250 is a weak integrated graphics card and successor to Mobility Radeon X300.
It offers 4 Pixel Shader, TMUs and ROPs. It uses system memory of DDR2 type clocked up to 400MHz and can reserve up to 512MB.
Not only DirectX 10+ games aren't supported, even modest DirectX 9 games will have trouble running.
NVIDIA GeForce Go 7200 is the weakest GPU in the GeForce 7000 Series. With only up to 32MB of dedicated memory, it's already doomed from the start.
