In terms of overall gaming performance, the graphical capabilities of the Nvidia GeForce GTX 770 SLI are significantly better than the Nvidia Tesla K40c.

The GTX 770 has a 340 MHz higher core clock speed and 16 more Texture Mapping Units than the Tesla K40c. This results in the GTX 770 providing 98.4 GTexel/s better texturing performance. This still holds weight but shader performance is generally more relevant, particularly since both of these GPUs support at least DirectX 10.

The GTX 770 has a 340 MHz higher core clock speed and 16 more Render Output Units than the Tesla K40c. This results in the GTX 770 providing 33 GPixel/s better pixeling performance. However, both GPUs support DirectX 9 or above, and pixeling performance is only really relevant when comparing older cards.

Mini ReviewTesla K40c is a high-end professional Graphics Card created for server purposes only.
It's designed to solve the most complex high performance computing problems.
It comes with a Kepler GK110 with a full count of 2880 Shader Processing Units but the drivers aren't certified for games. Therefore, even if Tesla K40 is powerful enough for even the most demanding games, it might not be compatible.
Its gaming performance is below comparable to GeForce GTX Titan.
GeForce GTX 770 SLI is a combination of 2 GeForce GTX 770 put together using NVIDIA's SLI technology.
Together, this combination offers 3072 Shader Processing Units, 256 TMUs and 64 ROPs. This, on a 256-bit memory interface, per card, of fast GDDR5. While the central unit runs at 1046MHz and goes up to 1085MHz, in Turbo Mode, the memory clock operates at 1752MHz.
Best case scenario, this combination performs better than dual-graphics GeForce GTX 690 but ultimately, its performance depends on the driver support and on the 3D application.
Therefore, and paired with a powerful processor, all demanding games are playable at the highest settings. Still, this combination might surpass the 450W barrier of TDP and so it will require a very powerful PSU.
