In terms of overall gaming performance, the graphical capabilities of the Nvidia GeForce GTX 770M SLI are noticeably better than the Nvidia GeForce GTX 675M SLI.

The GTX 770M has a 191 MHz higher core clock speed and 32 more Texture Mapping Units than the GTX 675M. This results in the GTX 770M providing 50.4 GTexel/s better texturing performance. This still holds weight but shader performance is generally more relevant, particularly since both of these GPUs support at least DirectX 10.

The GTX 770M has a 191 MHz higher core clock speed than the GTX 675M, but the GTX 675M has 16 more Render Output Units than the GTX 770M. As a result, the GTX 675M exhibits a 0.8 GPixel/s better Pixel Fill Rate than the GTX 770M. However, both GPUs support DirectX 9 or above, and pixeling performance is only really relevant when comparing older cards.

The GTX 770M was released over a year more recently than the GTX 675M, and so the GTX 770M is likely to have better driver support, meaning it will be more optimized for running the latest games when compared to the GTX 675M.

Both GPUs exhibit very powerful performance, so it probably isn't worth upgrading from one to the other, as both are capable of running even the most demanding games at the highest settings.

The GeForce GTX 770M SLI and the GeForce GTX 675M SLI have the same amount of video memory, but are likely to provide slightly different experiences when displaying game textures at high resolutions.

The memory bandwidth of the GeForce GTX 770M SLI and the GeForce GTX 675M SLI are the same, which means the GTX 770M and the GTX 675M have equal limitations when it comes to graphical data transfer.

The GeForce GTX 770M SLI has 1920 Shader Processing Units and the GeForce GTX 675M SLI has 768. However, the actual shader performance of the GTX 770M is 1557 and the actual shader performance of the GTX 675M is 952. The GTX 770M having 605 better shader performance and an altogether better performance when taking into account other relevant data means that the GTX 770M delivers a significantly smoother and more efficient experience when processing graphical data than the GTX 675M.

The GTX 770M transistor size technology is 12 nm (nanometers) smaller than the GTX 675M. This means that the GTX 770M is expected to run slightly cooler and achieve higher clock frequencies than the GTX 675M.

The GeForce GTX 770M SLI requires 150 Watts to run and the GeForce GTX 675M SLI requires 200 Watts. The GTX 675M requires 50 Watts more than the GTX 770M to run. The difference is significant enough that the GTX 675M may have a slight adverse affect on your yearly electricity bills in comparison to the GTX 770M.

GPU Mini Review

Mini ReviewGeForce GTX 770M SLI is a combination of 2 GeForce GTX 770M put together using NVIDIA's SLI technology.
Together, this combination offers 1920 Shader Processing Units, 160 TMUs and 48 ROPs. This, on a 192-bit memory interface, per card, of fast GDDR5. While the central unit runs at 811MHz and goes up to XXXMHz, in Turbo Mode, the memory clock operates at 1000MHz.
Best case scenario, this combination is expected to perform better a single GeForce GTX 780M and deliver similar performance to a desktop GeForce GTX 680 but ultimately, its performance depends on the driver support and on the 3D application.
Therefore, and paired with a powerful processor, all demanding games should be playable at the highest settings. Still, this combination might surpass the 150W barrier of TDP and therefore require more power than a single GeForce GTX 780M, though delivering better performance.
GeForce GTX 675M SLI is a solution of two GeForce GTX 675M put together using NVIDIA'S SLI technology.
Check the page of GeForce GTX 675M to know more about its chip.
As usual, SLI relies a lot on proper driver support and may suffer from micro-stuttering in lower frame rates (below 30). Benchmarks indicate the performance is overall, about 35% better than a single GeForce GTX 675M performing by itself but at times (depending whether or not the 3D game supports SLI or in the graphics driver) it performed worse than a single GeForce GTX 675M.
Even the most demanding games will run at the highest settings.
