In terms of overall gaming performance, the graphical capabilities of the Nvidia GeForce GTX 670 PNY 2GB Edition are massively better than the Nvidia GeForce GTX 650 DirectCU TOP 1GB Edition.

Mini ReviewGeForce GTX 650 DirectCU TOP 1GB Edition is a special edition of the fast-middle-class GeForce GTX 650 1GB.
This special edition comes with a custom cooling solution called DirectCU, which operates 20% cooler and is much quieter, according to ASUS, and overclocking out of the box in both central unit and operating memory clock to 1215MHz and 1275MHz, respectively.
Benchmarks indicate a 10% performance boost when compared to the reference card.
GeForce GTX 670 PNY 2GB Edition is a renamed GeForce GTX 670 with no new features - not even a new cooling system. Its performance is exactly like the reference card.
