In terms of overall gaming performance, the graphical capabilities of the Nvidia GeForce GTX 650 Gigabyte OC 1GB Edition are massively better than the Nvidia Quadro 410.

The GTX 650 was released less than a year after the Quadro 410, and so they are likely to have similar driver support for optimizing performance when running the latest games.

The GTX 650 has 512 MB more video memory than the Quadro 410, so is likely to be much better at displaying game textures at higher resolutions. This is supported by the fact that the GTX 650 also has superior memory performance overall.

The GTX 650 has 65.7 GB/sec greater memory bandwidth than the Quadro 410, which means that the memory performance of the GTX 650 is much better than the Quadro 410.

The Quadro 410 has 192 Shader Processing Units and the GeForce GTX 650 Gigabyte OC 1GB Edition has 384. However, the actual shader performance of the Quadro 410 is 136 and the actual shader performance of the GTX 650 is 426. The GTX 650 having 290 better shader performance and an altogether better performance when taking into account other relevant data means that the GTX 650 delivers a massively smoother and more efficient experience when processing graphical data than the Quadro 410.

The Quadro 410 requires 38 Watts to run but there is no entry for the GeForce GTX 650 Gigabyte OC 1GB Edition. We would recommend a PSU with at least 400 Watts for the GTX 650, but we do not have a recommended PSU wattage for the Quadro 410.

GPU Mini Review

Mini ReviewQuadro 410 is a professional GPU based on the 28nm Kepler architecture.
It's based on the Kepler GK107 and offers 192 Shader Processing Units, 16 TMUs and 8 ROPs on a 64-bit memory interface of standard DDR3. Its central unit runs at 706MHz and the memory clock operates at 891MHz.
It's therefore related to GeForce GT 630 (OEM) but its gaming performance is expected to be much worse because the GeForce Series have drivers optimized for 3D games while the Quadro Series have drivers optimized for professional applications. Adding to that, it's also underclocked, has half the memory bandwidth (though this doesn't necessarily make it worse) and features less Raster Operations.
GeForce GTX 650 Gigabyte OC 1GB Edition is a special edition of the fast-middle-class GeForce GTX 650 1GB.
This special edition comes overclocked out of the box to 1110MHz and features a custom-designed 10 cm cooler.
Benchmarks indicate a 4% performance boost when compared to the reference card and so this GPU is suitable for medium to high settings on most demanding games but not with extreme resolutions.
