In terms of overall gaming performance, the graphical capabilities of the AMD Radeon HD 6870 IceQ X Edition are significantly better than the AMD Radeon HD 7750 MSI PMD 2GB DDR3 Edition.

The HD 6870 has a 100 MHz higher core clock speed and 24 more Texture Mapping Units than the HD 7750. This results in the HD 6870 providing 24.8 GTexel/s better texturing performance. This still holds weight but shader performance is generally more relevant, particularly since both of these GPUs support at least DirectX 10.

Mini ReviewRadeon HD 7750 MSI PMD 2GB DDR3 Edition is a special edition of the fast-middle-class Radeon HD 7750 1GB DDR3.
This version has no new features (when compared to the DDR3 version) and so it performs exactly like it.
Radeon HD 6870 IceQ X Edition is a special edition of the high-end Radeon HD 6870. See its page for more information about it.
Compared to the Radeon HD 6870, this Special Edition has exactly the same specifications and the only new feature is an improved cooling system which doesn't affect performance directly.
Therefore, the performance is EXACTLY like the standard Radeon HD 6870 and enough to run today's demanding games at maximum settings while Very Demanding games like Metro 2033 or Max Payne 3, will probably require reduced settings to run smoothly.
