Mini ReviewRadeon HD 7640G + HD 7470M Dual is a combination of a Radeon 7640G (integrated graphics) with a Radeon HD 7470M (dedicated).
This combination is called Asymmetric CrossFire and can also lead to Micro Stuttering.
Benchmarks indicate the performance is better than a single Radeon HD 7470M performing by itself but this will depend a lot from game to game and on the drivers installed.
