In terms of overall gaming performance, the graphical capabilities of the Nvidia GeForce GTX 660 Ti Gigabyte OC 3GB Edition are very slightly better than the Nvidia Quadro Plex 7000.

Mini ReviewGeForce GTX 660 Ti Gigabyte OC 3GB Edition is a special edition of GeForce GTX 660 Ti.
The new features include the "Triangle Cool" Technology cooling solution is more effective than the standard/reference cooler. In terms of overclocking, the base-clock was increased from 915MHz to 1032MHz and the boost clock can now reach 1111MHz, instead of 980MHz. The memory clock was left untouched but the frame buffer was increased to 3GB which actually reduces the performance due to the 192-bit bus width not being to handle the 3GB efficiently.
The overclocking is significant and around 3.5% when compared to the reference GeForce GTX 660 Ti.
Quadro Plex 7000 is an enthusiast professional card based on the 40nm, Fermi architecture.

It's based on 2 Fermi GF100 GPUs and thus offers 1024 Shader Processing Units, 128 TMUs and 96 ROPs, on a 768-bit memory interface of fast GDDR5. The central unit runs at 574MHz and the memory clock operates at up to 750MHz. It has a L2 Cache of 1536KB and a rated board TDP of 600 Watts.

Despite exhibiting similarities to GeForce GTX 590, due to being under-clocked and because Quadro Plex 7000's drivers are only certified for professional applications only, its gaming performance is up to 10% slower than GeForce GTX 590.
