In terms of overall gaming performance, the graphical capabilities of the Nvidia GeForce GTX 580 Asus Matrix Edition are very slightly better than the Nvidia GeForce GTX 660 Zotac AMP Edition.

The new features include a new cooling system and in terms of overclocking, the base-clock was increased from 980MHz to 1046MHz and the boost clock can now reach 1111MHz, instead of 1033MHz. The memory clock was raised to 1652MHz.
Benchmarks indicate a 5.5% performance when compared to the reference card.
GeForce GTX 580 Asus Matrix Edition is a special edition of the powerful GeForce GTX 580. See the standard version for more information about it.
The new features include an increased core-clock that went from 772MHz to 816MHz and a better cooling system. Benchmarks indicate a performance boost in about 2% when compared to the standard GeForce GTX 580.
All games, including demanding one's, will run on the highest settings.
