This game has very good optimization as using integrated chip intel g33/31 express chipset family i could play this game at 480p low settings but it lagged when artillery and ships fired. So sad that this was the last game in the series.

Not sure but I don't think that your GPU can handle it at max.
I would recommend medium settings for a much smoother experience ;)
