Homefront packshot image
Penned by John Milius (Apocalypse Now, Red Dawn), Homefront is set ten years into a global energy crisis, and follows the American Civilian Resistance as they fight to reclaim their homeland from an oppressive North Korean occupation. With the fourth largest standing army in the world, the now nuclear North Korea has overtaken not only South Korea, but has become a major internal threat to a struggling United States. Details of the occupation will be revealed in future updates, as well as having mysteries unraveled in the single player campaign.
"Homefront isn't about going to war on the other side of the world or battling aliens from another planet; it's about fighting foreign occupiers in your own backyard and defending your right to live," said David Votypka, design director, Kaos Studios.
"Homefront combines the unsettling notion of an occupied America with interactive, player-driven narratives to create a deeply engaging single and multiplayer experience."
Homefront GPU Frames Per Second Chart

Our objective is to build an accurate Homefront frame rate chart that lets PC gamers select from any Nvidia or AMD graphics card series. In this beta feature we provide Homefront FPS data, displayed based on a default screen resolution of 1080p.

Premium members can adjust the charts game graphics settings and select multiple graphics card series for frame rate comparison. For example, if you want to quickly compare frame rates for Homefront between AMD Radeon RX-500 Series versus FPS for Nvidia’s GeForce 20 Series, then you can see those results displayed below.

Homefront User Submitted Frame Per Second Results

Our next development is focused on incorporating our bespoke machine learning code that continues to enhance these Homefront frames per second results as more and more of you (PC gamers) submit your own frame rates. Submitted frame rates will automatically be processed, removing anomalies and building increasingly reliable game FPS from all the good data until the performance graph above is pinpoint accurate. The more benchmarks you submit, the more confident we can be in the FPS prediction data across all games and hardware.
