For those asking if they can run it, here's the impact on my PC: Playing on Ultra RTX OFF and 1440p

Can I run ?
I could run BFA with ease, but this time my pc will not cut it.
What VGA should I buy? GTX 1650 4GB or RX 570 8GB ? My budget is around $170.

I think you'd be fine with an R7 370 at presets 5-6, though your CPU is obsolete and weak. That said, if you have 170$ and want a card, look for either an 8GB Radeon RX 5500 XT (same performance as RX 590) or a GTX 1650 Super. Since VRAM requirements increase with time, even for WoW, I'd go with the RX 5500 XT if I was you. Or with 50-60$ more, a GTX 1660 Super or even an RX 5600 XT.
Thank you so much for you advice. Take care
always been able to run wow before but for some reason it starts stuttering and lagging even on medium settings. i also play Age of empires 2 definitive editon and even there it starts lagging and stuttering. also the sound stutters. even the people i talk with on discord. someon knows a cheap solution? kind regards !

I voted no because I think that age and wear start affecting your laptop. Plus, requirements for Shadowlands increase dramatically, as you can see above. Either you get yourself a new laptop (the ASUS A17 FA706IU might be a good choice) or a mid-range desktop (about 900€ for a future-proof one).
i wil keep this in mind thx !!! :) but i can play it on medium around 60 fps outside a crowded city :). but i discovered the problem and i don't know how to fix this. my RAM usage is very high around 50% when idle . whenever i start playing wow it goes up to around 98% wich causing me lag spiking realy bad :(

Well, 8GB is a bit low nowadays. You'll want at least 16GB RAM, the way even simple games are going. And 4GB RAM utilisation on idle is not very unusual. Just be sure to kill any unnecessary processes from startup and while gaming and you may get a few extra MB.
Can I run ? Thanks guys !
