Shadow of the Tomb Raider is allegedly the next Tomb Raider game in development. For the first time in over a decade it looks as if Crystal Dynamics won't be developing Shadow of the Tomb Raider. Instead Deus Ex: Mankind Divided developer Eidos Montreal could be heading up development.

To reach 1080p 60 FPS on medium to high graphics settings Shadow of the Tomb Raider requires at least a Intel Core i7 4770K 3.4GHz or Ryzen 5 1600 processor with a Nvidia GTX 1060 6GB or AMD RX 480 8GB graphics card. You will need 16GB RAM to meet recommended system memory requirements for Shadow of the Tomb Raider. Minimum graphics card requirements are a lot lower with Nvidias GTX 660 or 1050 being suggested or even AMDs HD7770 which means you could probably run SOTTR on a 5 or 6 year old PC with some settings tweaks.

I have a core i7-6700k 16G RAM. Win10, game installed on SSD, I'd like to play it maxed. On my GTX1060 it's unplayable (20 fps). I changed for a RTX2060 and it's not as good as expected: 50 to 60 fps average, down to 30 in the jungle scene. It's very far from the figures I could find online. What can I do??

Cant get this to run properly on dx12.
Was crashing before, but after reinstalling nvidia drivers, I get low and inconsistent GPU usage.
Dx11 runs much better but just like Rise, it makes me CPU bound so I still drop below 40fps when "outside". Also cant run HDR on dx11.
I would like to blame my CPU but there's no reason for dx12 to run much much worse than dx11.
Any help wld be appreciated!
