This next Dark Souls release will need an aging, but still powerful, Intel i5 2500K or AMD A8 3870 to meet minimum CPU specs. Along with Direct X 11, 50 GB of Hard space and 8GB system memory. For low graphics settings at 1080p resolution Dark Souls 3 requires a PC with at least a GTX 465 or Radeon HD 6870. To get high FPS at Recommended system requirements equip your PC with at least a Nvidia GTX 950 or AMD R7 370 and an intel i5 3570 processor. An Nvidia GTX 950 at 1440p on Ultra settings gets around 30 frames per second. At 1080p the same graphics card and ultra settings gets around 55 FPS

Okay, here's the deal : a dual core CPU isn't able to run Dark Souls 3. Don't bother, you will run into a no hitbox issue.
With an Athlon x4 880k and 4GB RAM, I have a solid 30fps 720p ultra
