You can do a fps higher than 5:) but seriously with this gpu it's impossible to run it med or high unless you play with low res(1024x768).With med setting 1024x768 you can play with a comfortable fps.I had a old laptop with similar specs and i could play ets2 med settings 1024x768.happy trucking!:)

Stock high settings with your res,your fps will be high(50-60).It's the same reqs than ets2

if you can go for i7 6th Gen , then ULTRA is a little word to you
