PC System Analysis For Grand Theft Auto V Requirements

You need a Core i5-3470 3.2GHz or FX-8350 processor coupled with a GeForce GTX 660 to run Grand Theft Auto V system requirements at recommended. You can expect to get around 60FPS at 1080p screen res on high graphics settings with this hardware. You should also have 8 GB system memory. The best chance at playing this at minimum sys specs on a 1280x720 screen res will be if your PC has at least the GeForce 9800 GT/Radeon HD 4870 graphics card. The CPU required to meet minimum requirements is a Phenom 9850 Quad-Core Black Edition/Core 2 Quad Q6600 2.4GHz processor. With that PC you will be getting around 30FPS on low graphics and may need to adjust some of the other Grand Theft Auto V graphics options. System memory for min is 4 GB. Yeah, you can. Although GTA V may run poorly on 6GB RAM after some time, this is due the low VRAM of the GTX 550 Ti which when filled will start using up regular RAM. Although your averages on 720p will be ABOVE 60fps, the framedrops/1% lows may be somewhere in the range of 40 fps. Have fun playing GTA V on your system!
